Children under Five yrs old stay free when sharing with two adults. Dogs are welcome. However we will add £8.00 to each room per stay all damage must be paid for. Continental Breakfast - included in the room rate. Rooms are offred subject to availability and must be guaranteed by Credit or Debit Card. We operate 48 hr cancellation policy; in law we have the right to claim full reimbursement for any loss involved in accommodation being cancelled.
